Miss Kaye and her friends, Hank the Rooster and Jack the Puppet, will host a special Halloween Story Time! Wear your costumes and be ready for some Halloween silliness!For kids 0 to 5 and their caregivers. How to Attend: This event takes place in person. Masks are strongly encouraged in all CPL locations.
