Show off your costume at the library! Join us for a costume parade and a little trick-or-treating. The parade begins at 10:05 a.m. For kids ages 5 and under with a caregiver. How to Attend: This event takes place in person. Masks are strongly encouraged in all CPL locations. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13.
