Not sure what to be for Halloween yet? Don't want to dress up, but still want to make a statement? Make a paper mache mask! We'll be making masks the old fashion way: mix flour and water together, dip ripped up newspaper in it, and mold your mask on a balloon. Make it scary! Make it goofy! Its up to you! When it's dry, we can paint it and carve your design in it to make the biggest impact on your friends and family.
