Monday Matinee: Alien (1979)

Join us for a special Halloween screening of the scary movie Alien. A mysterious transmission from a distant moon is picked up by a commercial spaceship. Investigating the call, the crew discovers a strange nest of eggs and, when one egg is disturbed, an alien form attaches itself to a crew member and makes for an unsettling journey home. The room is limited to 16 attendees and registration is recommended. Please register on the Chicago Public Library website or at the Edgewater Branch reference desk.
