It's Getting Chili in Soul City is an Chili Cook-off hosted in the heart of Austin, the Soul City Business Corridor. This year, we will also be hosting live blues performances! Judges will taste and award the top 3 bowls of Chili. Admission to the event is FREE. There will be a nominal fee to individually purchase bowls of chili from contestants. #ChicagoHalloweek #Halloweek
