Get ready for Halloween with some spooky stories. Children and adults are invited to wear costumes to show your Halloween spirit! For children 3 and up with their caregivers. How to Attend: This event takes place in person. Masks are strongly encouraged in all CPL locations. Register by the start of the event. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. As a reminder, school email addresses may block external emails such as those from CPL.
