Children can attend this program in Halloween costumes. We will read a few simple Halloween books followed by play time.For kids 18 months to 4 years with a caregiver. How to Attend: This event takes place in person. Masks are strongly encouraged in all CPL locations. Register by the start of the event.Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register.
