Tweens – Hang out, have a snack and do a Halloween-themed craft! Paint and decorate leaves to look like ghosts! String them up to make a banner or hang them individually!For kids 9 to 12. How to Attend: This event takes place in person. Masks are strongly encouraged in all CPL locations. Register by the start of the program.
