Join us for the 7th Annual UPSIDE DOWN Halloween Parade, presented by LUMA8 & the City of Chicago and sponsored by Amazon and ferrara candy company. The event will take place on Saturday, October 31st, from 12-2pm in Washington Park! The Upside Down Halloween Parade is a free family-friendly event that is part of Mayor Brandon Johnson’s Fall Fest 2026!

Chicago children and their families will BECOME the parade when they don their costumes and join the procession down tree-lined Russell Drive. Dance teams, musicians, acrobats, sports mascots and other spectacles will dazzle them as they make their way down the route. Don’t miss your chance to join the fun!
