
Chicago Fall Fest 2025 is nearly here!
Mayor Brandon Johnson is proud to present Chicago Fall Fest 2025, an effort to acknowledge and share the amazing fall events happening from October 17 to November 2 in Chicago. Chicago Fall Fest aims to ensure that all youth and residents have a celebratory and safe fall season. Fall Fest 2025 Highlights
Presented by Project Exploration, with support from the City of Chicago, Chicago Public Library, and Chicago Park District.
CHICAGO TEENS: My CHI. My Future. invites you to an epic Fall themed party. Celebrate the season with music, games, food, scary movies, and more! This event is for Chicago residents ages 14-19.

Location: Harold Washington Library Center’s Winter Garden
Halloween Parade
Presented by LUMA8 and the City of Chicago in partnership with DCASE and with major support from Chicago Free for All Fund and Chicago Loop Alliance.
This magical evening parade celebrates Halloween as the “artist’s holiday.” It's a dazzling production that delights the audience with unique floats, spectacle puppets, and creative performances – all set against the backdrop of historic State Street.
Date: Saturday, October 18, 6-8PM
Location: State Street
Presented by LUMA8 and the City of Chicago and sponsored by Amazon and Ferrara.
Be a star in the parade by dressing in costume and walking through dozens of singing, dancing, and spectacle-performance groups stationed along Russell Drive in Washington Park. Attendees will receive free goody bags at the end of the route.
